fa مطالعه تحلیلی پژوهش‌های حوزه رهبری مدرسه با تأکید بر مفهوم و دلالت‌های آن در آموزش و پرورش؛ براساس مقالات پایگاه استنادی وب‌آوساینس علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">رهبری، یکی از اساسی‌‌ترین عوامل در تداوم حیات و موفقیت سازمان‌‌های آموزشی به شمار می‌رود و نقشی حیاتی در رشد و پیشرفت مدارس ایفا می‌‌کند. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه روند پژوهش‌های حوزه رهبری مدرسه با تأکید بر مفهوم و دلالت‌‌های آن در آموزش‌ و پرورش بوده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش با استفاده از روش نقشه‌‌برداری و با استفاده از داده‌‌های موجود در پایگاه‌ داده </span><span dir="LTR">WOS</span> انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل ۱۳۲۶ مقاله بود که اغلب شامل مقالات باکیفیت با تاثیر بالا بودند. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌‌ها، به‌ منظور یافتن پرثمرترین مجلات، کشورها، نویسندگان، روند انتشار مقالات، مؤسسات و الگوی همکاری بین کشورها، پرتکرارترین کلمات و روند تحول کلمات پرتکرار و سپهر معنایی حاکم بر مفهوم رهبری مدرسه از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">VOSviewer</span> و تکنیک&shy;‌های مختلف علم‌‌سنجی بهره گرفته شد.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> تعداد مقالات رهبری مدرسه از سال ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۴ روندی افزایشی داشته است. مقالات حوزه رهبری مدرسه در قالب مقالات کامل علمی-پژوهشی و مروری ارائه شده بود. پراستنادترین مجلات به ترتیب به کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان و استرالیا و به دانشگاه‌ لندن، دانشگاه وندربیلت آمریکا، دانشگاه آموزش‌ و پرورش هنگ ‌کونگ چین اختصاص داشت. بیشترین همکاری‌های بین‌المللی در انتشار مقالات را به ترتیب کشورها و پژوهشگران آمریکا، چین، انگلستان و استرالیا انجام داده‌‌اند. از میان مجلات برتری که اکثر پژوهشگران حوزه رهبری مدرسه مقالات خود را در آن‌‌ها منتشر کرده‌‌اند، می‌‌توان به مجله مدیریت اجرای آموزشی، مجله علم اجرائی، مجله مدیریت دولتی و مجله تحقیق در رهبری اشاره نمود.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">در خزانه کلمات کلیدی حوزه مورد بررسی مفهوم &laquo;رهبری مدرسه&raquo; عمدتاً در تعامل با مفاهیم &laquo;رهبری مدرسه، رهبری تحول‌آفرین، رهبری آموزشی، آموزش، مدیریت، رهبری توزیعی، مدیر مدرسه، مشارکت، اصول کارایی، معلمان و موفقیت دانش&shy;آموزان&raquo; به‌کار رفته است. </span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Leadership is one of the most fundamental factors in sustaining the vitality and success of educational organizations, playing a vital role in the growth and development of schools. The present study was conducted with the aim of examining the research trends in the field of school leadership with an emphasis on its concept and implications in education.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The research employed mapping and bibliometric analysis using data extracted from the Web of Science (WoS) database. The study population consisted of 1,326 articles, most of which were classified as high-quality and high-impact publications. For data analysis, and in order to identify the most productive journals, countries, authors, publication trends, institutions, and patterns of international collaboration, as well as the most frequent keywords, the evolution of recurring terms, and the semantic landscape governing the concept of school leadership, the VOSviewer software and a set of scientometric techniques were employed.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The number of school leadership articles has shown a consistently upward trend from 2010 to 2024. Publications in this field were predominantly full-length research articles and review articles. The most frequently cited journals were primarily associated with the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, as well as the University of London, Vanderbilt University (USA), and the University of Hong Kong (China). The highest levels of international collaboration in publications were observed among researchers from the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
