fa مقایسه‌ی تولیدات علمی اعضای هیأت علمی رشته‌های کشاورزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان خوزستان علم سنجی Scientometrics مقاله کوتاه Short Communication <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">سابقه و هدف:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black;">امروزه به کمک شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی، برون‌داد علمی دانشگاه‌ها از نظر کمّی و کیفی سنجیده می‌شود و بر اساس آن، پیشرفت علمی این مؤسسات ارزیابی می‌گردد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین میزان تولیدات علمی دانشکده‌های کشاورزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان خوزستان طی سال‌های ۱۳۶۸ تا ۱۳۸۷ و ارزیابی وضعیت علمی این مؤسسات است.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#006600;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی با روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سیاهه وارسی، کارنامه‌ی پژوهشی و پایگاه وب آو ساینس می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه شامل ۱۲۸ نفر عضو هیأت علمی شاغل در سه مرکز دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران، دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان و دانشکده منابع طبیعی بهبهان بوده است.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مجموع تولیدات علمی هر سه مؤسسه ۵۷۱۵ عنوان بود و در بازه زمانی مورد بررسی، روند رو به رشد داشت و بیش‌ترین مدارک علمی تولیدشده در سال ۱۳۸۷، معادل ۱۴۴۵ عنوان (حدود ۲۵% کل تولیدات علمی) تولید شد. آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین مرتبه علمی، سابقه کار و میزان تولیدات علمی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">p&ge;۰.۰۰۰</span></span><span style="color:black;">).</span><br> <strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></em></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">روند تولیدات علمی مؤسسات مورد مطالعه، رو به رشد بوده است. گرو‌‌‌‌‌‌ه&shy;های آموزشی زراعت و اصلاح نباتات و علوم دامی و همچنین گروه آموزشی گیاه پزشکی در مقایسه با سایر گروه&shy;ها، تولیدات علمی بیشتری داشتند.</span></span></span></span><div style="text-align: left;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> Today, the scientific outputs of universities are quantitatively and qualitatively measured using scientometrics on which the scientific progress of these institutions is evaluated. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the scientific outputs of agricultural colleges in State Khuzestan Universities during 1989-2008 and to assess the scientific status of these institutions.<br> <strong><em>Material and methods:</em></strong> This descriptive-analytical survey was performed using scientometrics. A checklist, Web of Science (WoS) and research report were used to gather the data. The study population consisted of 128 faculty members working in the Faculties of Agriculture in Shahid-Chamran University, Ramin (Khuzestan) Agricultural and Natural Resources and Behbahan Natural Resources.<br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> The results of the research showed that the total scientific outputs of all three institutes were 5715 titles, and had the growing trend the studied period. The most scientific documents with 1445 titles (about 25% of the total scientific output) were produced in 2008. Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a significant relationship between scientific degree, work experience and scientific outputs (p&ge;0.000).<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The trend of scientific outputs of the studied institutions was growing.
