fa رابطه‌ سازگاری اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران مطالعات کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی Library & Information Science Study اصیل Orginal <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">اخلاق حرفه‌&shy;ای کتابداری مجموعه روش&shy;‌ها و منش&shy;‌هایی است که سبب افزایش رغبت مراجعه‌کنندگان به کتابخانه می‌&shy;شود. یکی از متغیرهای منتج از اخلاق حرفه‌ای، سازگاری اجتماعی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین سازگاری اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران صورت پذیرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">روش پژوهش توصیفی</span><span majalla="" sakkal="" style="font-family:">-</span><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران است که از بین آنان به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و بر اساس جدول مورگان ۱۷۵ نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌&shy;ها از پرسش‌نامه سازگاری اجتماعی و پرسش‌نامه اخلاق حرفه‌&shy;ای استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">SPSS ۲۲</span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> و آزمون‌های تی تک&shy;‌نمونه‌ای، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نتایج نشان داد بین سازگاری اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sig< ۰.۰۵</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد مولفه‌های سازگاری اجتماعی ۴۷ درصد توانایی پیش‌بینی میزان اخلاق حرفه‌ای کتابداران را داشتند</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">(</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Sig< ۰.۰۵</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">). بررسی متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی نشان داد جنسیت، سن و سطح تحصیلات تاثیری بر وضعیت سازگاری اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای کتابداران نداشتند. همچنین در کتابخانه بیمارستانی، سازگاری اجتماعی و در کتابخانه دانشکده‌ای، اخلاق حرفه‌ای کتابداران از میانگین بالاتری برخوردار بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">با توجه به وضعیت مولفه‌های سازگاری اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای، چگونگی استخدام کتابداران در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی به&shy;‌خصوص در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی مسئله‌ای حائز اهمیت است و این امر ضرورت توجه جدی مسئولان امر را می‌طلبد.</span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The professional ethics of librarianship consist of methods and behaviors that increase client desire for a library. One of the variables that results from professional ethics is social adjustment. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between social adjustment and professional ethics of librarians working in the libraries of Tehran Universities of Medical Sciences.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This descriptive survey study was conducted based on correlation method. The statistical population of the study included all librarians working in the libraries of Tehran Universities of Medical Sciences, and 175 persons were selected as a sample using the available sampling method and based on Morgan&#39;s table. A social compatibility questionnaire and a professional ethics questionnaire were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22 through one-sample t-tests, independent t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between social adjustment and professional ethics (Sig<0.05). The results of the regression analysis indicated that 47% of the components of the social adjustment were able to predict the level of professional ethics of librarians (Sig<0.05). The study of demographic variables also represented that gender, age, and education level had no effect on librarians&rsquo; social adjustment and professional ethics.
