fa تجزیه و تحلیل شبکه‌ی هم‌تالیفی و الگوی موضوعی مقالات در فصلنامه‌ی پژوهش‌های مدیریت عمومی Analysis of co-authorship network and thematic pattern of the articles in the Journal of Public Management Researches علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: در سال‌های اخیر، مجلات و فصلنامه‌ها، بر افزایش همکاری علمی در مقالات تاکید زیادی دارند. ازاین‌رو، در این مقاله از تجزیه و تحلیل شبکه‌های اجتماعی به منظور بررسی ساختار هم‌تالیفی میان پژوهشگران و ترسیم شبکه‌ی هم‌رخدادی کلمات کلیدی، در مجله‌ی پژوهش‌های مدیریت عمومی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان، استفاده شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: روش تحقیق این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و با استفاده از روش علم‌سنجی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل ۳۱۰ مقاله‌ی نمایه شده در فصلنامه‌ی پژوهش‌های مدیریت عمومی در سال‌های ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۱۹ است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Publish or perish و آدرس‌دهی RIS جمع‌آوری گردید. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها و پاسخ به فرضیه‌ی پژوهش از نرم‌افزار اکسل و SPSS و برای ترسیم شبکه‌ی هم‌تالیفی از نرم‌افزار VOSViewer استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: بررسی الگوی نویسندگی مقالات نشان می‌دهد که سهم هر مقاله تقریبا ۲/۳ نویسنده است. همچنین یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که پرتولیدترین نویسندگان با توجه به تعداد مقالات و همکاری‌ها عبارتند از: عادل آذر، نور محمد یعقوبی، فریبرز رحیم نیا و عبدالمجید ایمانی. بررسی نقشه‌ی هم‌رخدادی واژگان مقالات این فصلنامه نشان داد که موضوعاتی همچون مدیریت دانش (۱۵ تکرار)، کارآفرینی (۱۰ تکرار)، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (۹ تکرار) و تعهد سازمانی (۸ تکرار) از مهم‌ترین موضوعات مقالات هستند. همچنین، آزمون تی مستقل به منظور بررسی تفاوت بین زنان و مردان در نویسندگی مقالات فصلنامه نشان داد که با مقدار تی ۷/۳۷۹ (۰/۰۰۰p=) تفاوت معناداری بین زنان و مردان در نویسندگی مقالات وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل نقشه چگالی هم‌رخدادی واژگان در این فصلنامه نشان‌دهنده‌ی  هم‌سو شدن مقالات با موضوعات جدید حوزه‌ی مدیریت است. همچنین نتایج نشان دهنده‌ی سطح بالای مشارکت گروهی در مقالات این مجله است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and aim: In recent years, journals and quarterly journals have placed a great emphasis on increasing scientific collaboration in articles. Therefore, in this paper, the analysis of social networks was used to determine the co-authorship structure between researchers and drawing keyword co-occurrence network in the Journal of Public Management Research of Sistan and Baluchestan University. Materials and methods: This applied study was done by using a scientometric method. The statistical population of the study was 310 articles indexed in the Journal of Public Management Research from 2015 to 2019, collected using Publish or perish software and RIS addressing. The VOSviewer was used to draw co-authorship patterns as well as Excel and SPSS were applied to answer the research hypotheses. Findings: The analysis of the co-authorship pattern suggested that each article had 3.2 authors in this Journal. Moreover, the most prolific authors in this Journal according to the co-authorship network due to the number of articles and collaborations were: Adel Azar, Noor Mohammad Yaghoubi, Fariborz Rahimnia, and Abdolmajid Imani. An examination of the Keyword Co-Occurrence network showed that the issues such as knowledge management (15), entrepreneurship (10), organizational citizenship behavior (9) and organizational commitment (8) were the most important subjects. Besides, the evaluation of the difference between men and women showed that with a t-value of 7.379 (p = 0.000), there was a significant difference between women and men in writing articles. Conclusion: The analysis of the co-occurrence density map indicated that the topics of the papers were aligned with the new topics of management.
