fa بررسی و شناسایی فناوری‌های معنایی و میزان اهمیت آنها در بازیابی اطلاعات کتابخانه دیجیتالی سیاست علم و فناوری Science and Technology Policy اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">سابقه و هدف:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی فناوری&shy;‌های معنایی و میزان اهمیت آنها در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم‌&shy;افزارهای کتابخانه‌&shy;ی دیجیتالی ایران انجام شد.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black;">این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به روش پیمایشی و به صورت توصیفی انجام شده است. در مرحله اول به شناسایی مؤلفه‌&shy;های فناوری معنایی به روش سندی (کتابخانه‌&shy;ای) و در مرحله دوم به تهیه سیاهه وارسی در زمینه کاربرد فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه&shy;‌های دیجیتالی بر اساس نظر متخصصان و با روش دلفی در سه بخش معماری فناوری معنایی، ابزارهای فناوری معنایی، فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات پرداخته است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌&shy;ها از نرم‌&shy;افزارهای </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">SPSS ۲۵</span></span><span style="color:black;"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Excel</span></span><span style="color:black;"> استفاده شد.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong><span style="color:black;">یافته‌&shy;ها نشان داد که ساختار معماری فناوری معنایی با میانگین ۴۳ درصد، ابزارهای فناوری معنایی ۵۹ درصد و فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات با کسب امتیاز ۴۱ درصد از اهمیت خیلی زیادی درکتابخانه&shy;‌های دیجیتالی برخوردار هستند. با استفاده از فناوری&shy;‌های معنایی کاربران کتابخانه‌&shy;های دیجیتالی با سرعت بیشتری به منابع اطلاعاتی مورد نیاز خود دسترسی پیدا خواهند کرد.</span><br> <strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></em></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"> با توجه به اینکه کتابخانه&shy;‌های دیجیتالی دوران آغازین توسعه خود را سپری می&shy;‌کنند و این مسئله در کشورهای در حال توسعه مصداق بیشتری دارد، این پژوهش ضمن تهیه سیاهه وارسی در زمینه کاربرد فناوری معنایی در بازیابی اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی بر اساس پیشینه‌&shy;های موجود و نظر متخصصان، این امکان را فراهم کرده است که طراحان و برنامه‌&shy;نویسان نرم‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی بتوانند ضمن شناسایی نقات قوت و ضعف خود، با معیارها و مؤلفه‌&shy;های موجود در این زمینه و درجه اهمیت هر یک از آنها بیشتر آشنا شوند و در طراحی نرم&shy;‌افزارهای کتابخانه دیجیتالی از آن بهره گیرند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> The aim of this study was to identify semantic technologies and their importance in information retrieval in Iranian digital library software.<br> <strong><em>Material and methods:</em></strong> This applied study was descriptively performed via survey method. This paper firstly identified the components of semantic technology through documentary (libraries) method and secondly prepared a checklist on the application of semantic technology in information retrieval in digital library software based on experts&#39; opinions and Delphi method in three sections of semantic technology architecture, semantic technology tools and semantic technology in information retrieval. Excel and SPSS 25 were used to analyze the data<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> The findings have shown that the semantic technology architecture structure with an average of 43%, semantic technology tools with 59% and semantic technology with 41% are very important in digital libraries. Using semantic technologies, digital library users will be able to access the information resources they need more quickly.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> As digital libraries are in the early stages of development and this is especially true in developing countries; therefore, this study has provided the checklist in the field of application of semantic technology in information retrieval in digital library software based on existing backgrounds and experts&#39; opinions.
