fa چالش‌های علم‌سنجی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران علم سنجی Scientometrics مقاله کوتاه Short Communication <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">با افزایش تولیدات علمی و به موازات آن توسعه واحدهای علم&shy;‌سنجی دانشگاه‌&shy;های علوم پزشکی، کارشناسان این واحدها بیش از گذشته با فرایند نمایه&shy;‌شدن مقالات، تأیید اعتبار مجلات و شناسایی مجلات نامعتبر رو به رو هستند. در این راستا، گاهی اوقات در برخورد با موارد خاص و استثنا در فرایند تأیید مقالات به منظور ارتقا اعضای هیأت علمی و اختلال در روند اتمام تعهدات و خاتمه طرح‌&shy;های پژوهشی، نارضایتی پژوهشگران را به همراه دارد. علت این نارضایتی‌&shy;ها در بسیاری از موارد عدم اطلاع از ساز و کار و قوانین جدید نمایه‌&shy;نامه‌ها، مجلات و آئین&shy;‌نامه&shy;‌های وزارتی و داخلی دانشگاه‌&shy;ها می‌باشد. در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا برای آگاهی مخاطبان برخی از چالش‌&shy;هایی که کارشناسان واحدهای علم‌&shy;سنجی در محیط کاری با آن مواجه شده‌اند، بیان شود.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black">With the increase of scientific productions and in parallel with the development of scientometric units of medical universities, the experts of these units are more than ever faced with the process of indexing articles, validating journals, and identifying invalid journals. In this regard, sometimes in dealing with special cases and exceptions in the article approval process to promote faculty members and disrupt the process of completing commitments and terminating research projects, researchers are dissatisfied. In many cases, the cause of these dissatisfactions is the lack of knowledge about the new mechanism and rules of the indexes, journals, and regulations of the ministry and universities.
