fa روند پژوهش‌ها با تأکید بر مفهوم رهبری در حوزه پرستاری: یک مطالعه علم‌سنجی علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پرستاری یکی از حوزه‌های مهم در علوم پزشکی است که پیشرفت آن تأثیر زیادی بر مراقبت‌های بهداشتی دارد. از آنجا که یکی از شاخص‌های توسعه هر حرفه مطالعات علمی آن است؛ هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارزیابی پژوهش‌های علمی با تاکید بر مفهوم رهبری در رشته پرستاری بوده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نقشه‌برداری و تجزیه و تحلیل علم‌سنجی با استفاده از داده‌های موجود در پایگاه اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR">WoS</span> در سال‌های ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۰ بر روی ۱۰۹۸ مقاله صورت گرفته است. ساختار و الگوهای مفهومی موجود در زمینه پژوهش‌های رهبری و نیز تفسیر رابطه بین کلمات کلیدی به کار رفته در پژوهش‌ها، با بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">VOSviewer</span> استخراج و تحلیل شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن است که در زمینه رهبری، تعداد مقالات از سال ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۰ روندی افزایشی داشته است که خود نشان‌دهنده‌ی علاقه‌مندی پژوهشگران به مقوله پژوهش در زمینه رهبری در حوزه پرستاری می‌باشد. پراستنادترین نشریات به ترتیب به کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، استرالیا و به دانشگاه لندن، دانشگاه میشیگان، دانشگاه هاروارد، دانشگاه واشنگتن و کالج کینک اس لندن تعلق دارد. بیشترین همکاری‌های بین‌المللی در انتشار مقالات با کیفیت بالا در بین کشورهای آمریکا، چین، انگلستان و استرالیا صورت گرفته است. در خزانه کلمات کلیدی موجود در عنوان و چکیده مقالات مرتبط با رهبری، در میان کلمات مرتبط با مفهوم رهبری، کلمات &laquo;رهبری پرستاری، رهبری، پرستاری، رهبری تحول‌&shy;آفرین، رهبری معتبر، مراقبت‌های بهداشتی، پرستاران، پژوهش کیفی، رضایت شغلی، بیمارستان، آموزش، مدیریت، مشارکت&raquo; بیشترین کاربرد را داشته‌اند.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">از مجموع داده‌های ارائه شده می‌توان دریافت که اولا توجه به مفهوم رهبری در حوزه پرستاری در طول زمان افزایش یافته است. ثانیا مفهوم رهبری بیشتر با مفاهیم ذهنی تلفیق یافته است که این امر نشانگر ضرورت توجه به مفاهیم و رویکردهای ذهنی و زبانی در حوزه پرستاری است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Nursing is one of the most important fields of medical sciences, and its development has a great impact on health care. Since one of the indicators of the development of a field or profession is the scientific studies, the aim of this study was to evaluate the scientific studies focusing on the concept of leadership in nursing.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The study was conducted using a mapping method, and the scientometric analysis was performed using 1098 articles from the Web of Science (WoS) between 2000 and 2020. The existing conceptual structure and patterns in the field of leadership research as well as the interpretation of the relationship between the keywords used in the research papers were extracted and analyzed using VOSviewer.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:14.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Analysis of the data indicated that the number of articles in leadership showed an increasing trend from 2000 to 2020, indicating researchers&#39; interest in leadership in nursing. The most frequency cited journals were from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, as well as from the Universities of London, Michigan, Harvard, Washington, and King&#39;s College London, respectively. The most international collaborations in publishing high-quality articles were in the United States, China, the United Kingdom, and Australia. In the treasury of keywords appearing in the titles and abstracts of the articles related to leadership, through the review of the data obtained from the scientometric mapping, it was possible to find that the words related to the concept of leadership, the words &quot;nursing leadership, leadership, nursing, transformational leadership, authentic leadership, care Health, nurses, qualitative research, job satisfaction, hospital, education, management, participation&quot; were the most used.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black">Based on the data presented, it can be concluded that, first, attention to the concept of leadership in nursing has increased over time.
