fa مطالعه مقایسه‌ای دو ابزار "نقشه راه فناوری" و "سبد فناوری" با رویکرد علم‌سنجی علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">دو ابزار &quot;نقشه راه فناوری&quot; و &quot;سبد فناوری&quot;، از پرکاربردترین و محبوب‌ترین ابزار مورداستفاده در زمینه تحقیقات مدیریت و سیاست‌گذاری فناوری و نوآوری است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناخت و ارزیابی مختصات این دو مفهوم بر اساس شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی و بر اساس مدارک علمی منتشره اعم از مقالات علمی-پژوهشی، مقالات مروری، کتاب‌ها و ... مستخرج از پایگاه‌ علمی </span><span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span><span lang="AR-SA"> و برخی نرم‌افزارهای علم‌سنجی ازجمله </span><span dir="LTR">VOSviewer</span> و بدون هیچ‌گونه دخل و تصرفی در داده‌ها، انجام شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج نشان داد، دو ابزار مذکور علیرغم تفاوت تاریخچه و کاربرد، در برخی شاخص&shy;‌ها مسیری مشابه را پیموده‌اند؛ اگرچه تفاوت روند این دو مفهوم در سایر شاخص&shy;‌ها نیز نشأت گرفته از عوامل مختلفی چون ماهیت پژوهش‌ها (کمی یا کیفی)، موردمطالعه، زیست‌بوم و اهداف مورد انتظار می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد علیرغم تعداد بیشتر مدارک منتشره حول مفهوم سبد فناوری (۴۰۷۳ مدرک) در مقایسه با مفهوم نقشه راه فناوری (۳۴۷۵ مدرک) در ۲۰ سال گذشته، حجم ارتباطات بین‌المللی و تعداد کشورهای فعال ذیل نقشه راه فناوری، به‌مراتب از سبد فناوری بیشتر می‌&shy;باشد.</span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">حوزه‌های موضوعی پرکاربرد دو مفهوم، علیرغم اشتراک در حوزه‌هایی چون سوخت‌های انرژی، کسب‌وکار، علوم محیطی و فناوری و علوم سبز، در سایر حوزه‌ها با یکدیگر متفاوت است. روند استفاده از هر دو ابزار نیز اگرچه در برخی از سال‌ها با استثنائاتی مواجه بوده، اما به‌طورکلی درگذر زمان در حال افزایش می‌باشد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:13.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">&quot;Technology roadmap&quot; and &quot;technology portfolio&quot; are among the most widely used and popular tools in the field of management research, technology and innovation policy. The aim of the current study was to identify and evaluate the coordinates of these two concepts based on scientometric indices.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:13.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The present study was conducted using scientometric indicators based on scientific documents extracted from the Web of Science and some scientometric software such as the VOSviewer, without affecting the data.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:13.0pt"><b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The results showed that despite the differences in history and application, the two aforementioned concepts followed a similar path for some indicators, but their differences for other indicators were due to different factors such as the type of research (quantitative or qualitative), the object of study, the environment, and the expected objectives. The findings of the current study indicated that despite the larger number of published documents on the technology portfolio concept (4073 documents) compared to the technology roadmap concept (3475 documents) in the last 20 years, the volume of international communication and the number of active countries under the technology roadmap concept were much higher than under the technology portfolio concept.</span></span><br> <b><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span style="line-height:107%"><span style="color:black">The most commonly used topics of the two concepts differ from each other in other areas despite their similarities in areas such as energy sources, business, environmental and technological sciences, and green sustainable sciences.
