fa تحلیل روند دیپلماسی علمی دانشگاه‌های برتر ایران طی سال‌های 2024-2014 Analysis of the Scientific Diplomacy Trends of Top Iranian Universities from 2014 to 2024 علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: یکی از معیارهای نظام رتبه‌بندی دانشگاه‌های جهان در نظام رتبه‌بندی لایدن، دیپلماسی علمی شامل همکاری‌های علمی، همکاری‌های بین‌المللی و همکاری‌های صنعتی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف آگاهی از وضعیت همکاری‌های علمی بین‌المللی و شاخص دیپلماسی علمی ایران و دانشگاه‌های برتر ایران طی سال‌های ۲۰۲۴-۲۰۱۴ انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ هدف توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده که با استفاده از رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل داده‌های پایگاه وب‌آوساینس برای بررسی وضعیت مقالات مشترک بین‌المللی نویسندگانی ایرانی و خارجی، همچنین پایگاه ISC و نیز داده‌های نظام رتبه‌بندی لایدن برای بررسی روند شاخص دیپلماسی علمی دانشگاه‌های برتر ایران بوده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک آزمون‌های آماری تحلیل روند، آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۷ انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد در معیار دیپلماسی علمی طی سال‌های مورد بررسی، بهترین دانشگاه‌های ایران بر اساس نظام رتبه‌بندی لایدن، دانشگاه تهران (رتبه ۲۰۱)، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران (رتبه ۲۳۵) و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی (رتبه ۳۸۴) بوده‌اند. در حوزه مقالات مشترک و همکاری‌های علمی بین‌المللی طی یازده سال اخیر، کشورهای آمریکا، کانادا، چین، استرالیا و انگلستان در رتبه‌های اول تا پنجم همکاری بین‌المللی ایران قرار داشته‌اند. از لحاظ رتبه دیپلماسی علمی ایران و نیز دانشگاه‌های برتر کشور سال ۲۰۲۲، بهترین عملکرد را داشته‌ایم. نتایج بررسی آزمون تحلیل روند نشان داد که روندهای خطی (۰/۹۹=P، ۰/۰۰۰۱=F) و درجه دوم (۰/۹۶=P، ۰/۰۰۲=F) دیپلماسی علمی معنی‌دار نیست. یعنی نمی‌توان یک خط سیر و روند خطی افزایشی یا کاهشی قابل پیش‌بینی معنادار برای دیپلماسی علمی در طول سال‌های مورد بررسی قائل شد. البته بررسی آماره‌های مربوط به روند درجه سوم (۰/۰۵=P، ۴/۳۳=F) و چهارم (۰/۰۲=P، ۶/۸۵ =F) بیانگر معنی‌داری این روند می‌باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که روند کاهش یا افزایش رتبه دیپلماسی علمی دانشگاه‌های برتر ایران به صورت خط مستقیم نبوده است و در سال‌هایی این روند دچار کاهش یا افزایش قابل توجه بوده است. بنابراین تغییرات دیپلماسی علمی از روند یکسانی پیروی نکرده و روند پیچیدهای را نشان می‌دهد که احتمالا نقاط عطفی در بررسی تاریخچه دیپلماسی علمی دانشگاه‌های برتر کشور وجود داشته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and aim: One of the criteria of the world university ranking system in the Leiden ranking is scientific diplomacy, which includes scientific cooperation, international cooperation, and industrial cooperation. This study aims to examine the status of international scientific cooperation and the scientific diplomacy index of Iran and its top universities from 2014 to 2024. Materials and methods: The present study is applied in nature and descriptive and analytical in terms of purpose, and it was conducted using a scientometric approach. The research population included data from the Web of Science database to examine the status of international co-authored articles by Iranian and foreign authors, as well as the ISC database and data from the Leiden ranking to examine the trend of the science diplomacy index of top Iranian universities. Data analysis was performed using statistical tests such as trend analysis, repeated measures analysis of variance, and Bonferroni post hoc test using SPSS version 27 software. Findings: The findings of the study showed that in terms of scientific diplomacy during the reviewed years , the best universities in Iran based on Leiden ranking were University of Tehran (ranked 201), Tehran University of Medical Sciences (ranked 235), and Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (ranked 384). In regard with co-authored articles and international scientific cooperation over the past eleven years, the countries of the United States, Canada, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom have ranked first to fifth in Iran's international cooperation. In terms of the ranking of Iran's scientific diplomacy as well as the country's top universities, the best performance can be observed in 2022. The results of trend analysis showed that the linear trends (P=0.99, F=0.0001) and quadratic trends (P=0.96, F=0.002) of science diplomacy are not significant. This means that no predictable, significant linear increasing or decreasing trend can be identified for scientific diplomacy over the study period. However, the statistics related to the third-order trend (P=0.05, F=4.33) and fourth-order trend (P=0.02, F=6.85) indicate the significance of this trend. Conclusion: The research results indicate that the decreasing or increasing trend of scientific diplomacy ranking of top Iranian universities has not been linear. In certain years, this trend has seen notable declines or increases.
