fa روند پژوهش‌ها با تاکید بر مفهوم مدیریت آموزشی در رشته پرستاری: یک مطالعه علم‌سنجی علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">سابقه و هدف:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black;">پرستاری</span> <span style="color:black;">یکی</span> <span style="color:black;">از</span> <span style="color:black;">حوزه‌های</span> <span style="color:black;">مهم</span> <span style="color:black;">در</span> <span style="color:black;">علوم</span> <span style="color:black;">پزشکی</span> <span style="color:black;">است</span> <span style="color:black;">که</span> <span style="color:black;">پیشرفت</span> <span style="color:black;">آن</span> <span style="color:black;">تأثیر</span> <span style="color:black;">زیادی</span> <span style="color:black;">برمراقبت&shy;‌های</span> <span style="color:black;">بهداشتی</span> <span style="color:black;">دارد.</span> <span style="color:black;">از آنجا که یکی</span> <span style="color:black;">از</span> <span style="color:black;">شاخص‌های توسعه</span> <span style="color:black;">هر</span> <span style="color:black;">رشته</span> <span style="color:black;">یا</span> <span style="color:black;">حرفه مطالعات</span> <span style="color:black;">علمی</span> <span style="color:black;">آن</span> <span style="color:black;">است؛ هدف از انجام این مطالعه، ارزیابی پژوهش‌های</span> <span style="color:black;">علمی با تاکید بر مفهوم مدیریت آموزشی در رشته پرستاری بوده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#006600;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نقشه‌&shy;برداری و تجزیه و تحلیل علم‌سنجی با استفاده از داده‌های موجود در پایگاه اطلاعاتی </span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Web of Science</span></span><span style="color:black;"> بین سال&shy;‌های ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۱۹ بر روی ۲۹۶۲ مقاله صورت گرفته است. ساختار و الگوهای مفهومی موجود در زمینه پژوهش‌های مدیریت آموزشی و نیز تفسیر رابطه بین کلمات کلیدی به کار رفته در پژوهش‌ها، با بهره&shy;‌گیری از نرم&shy;‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">VOSviewer</span></span><span style="color:black;"> استخراج و تحلیل شده است.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong><span style="color:black;">تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Web of Science</span></span> <span style="color:black;">حاکی از آن است که در زمینه مدیریت آموزشی، تعداد مقالات از سال ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۱۹ روندی افزایشی داشته است که خود نشان‌&shy;دهنده‌&shy;ی علاقه‌&shy;مندی پژوهشگران به مقوله پژوهش در زمینه مدیریت آموزشی در حوزه پرستاری می&shy;‌باشد. پراستنادترین نشریات به ترتیب به کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، استرالیا و به دانشگاه‌های تورنتو، دالهوزی، دانشگاه ملکه ماری لندن تعلق دارد. بیشترین همکاری‌های بین‌&shy;المللی در انتشار مقالات با کیفیت بالا در بین کشورهای آمریکا، انگلستان، چین، ایران و کانادا صورت گرفته است. در خزانه کلمات کلیدی موجود در عنوان و چکیده مقالات مرتبط با مدیریت آموزشی با نگاهی کلی به داده‌های حاصل از نقشه‌&shy;برداری علم‌سنجی می‌توان دریافت که در میان کلمات مرتبط با مفهوم مدیریت، مدیریت آموزشی، پرستاری، آموزش، کلمه دانش بیشترین کاربرد را داشته‌اند.</span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"> از مجموع داده‌های ارائه شده می‌توان دریافت که اولا توجه به مفهوم مدیریت آموزشی در حوزه پرستاری در طول زمان افزایش یافته است. ثانیا مفهوم مدیریت آموزشی بیشتر با مفاهیم ذهنی تلفیق یافته است که این امر نشانگر ضرورت توجه به مفاهیم و رویکردهای ذهنی و زبانی در پژوهش‌های مدیریت آموزشی است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> Nursing is one of the most important fields in medical sciences, and its development has a great impact on health cares. Since one of the indicators of the development of any field or profession is its scientific studies; therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate scientific researches with emphasis on the concept of educational management in the field of nursing.<br> <strong><em>Materials and methods:</em></strong> This study was conducted using a mapping method, and the scientometric analysis was performed on 2962 articles via collecting data from the Web of Science (WoS) from 2000 to 2019. The existing conceptual structure and patterns in the field of educational management researches as well as the interpretation of the relationship among the keywords used in the researches were extracted and analyzed using VOSviewer.<br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> Analysis of data obtained from WoS indicated that in the field of educational management, the number of articles had increasing trend from 2000 to 2019, indicating the interest of researchers in educational management in the field of nursing. The most cited journals were belonged to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, as well as to the universities of Trento, Dalhousie and Queen Mary University of London, respectively. The most international collaborations were found in publishing the high-quality articles among the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Iran and Canada. In the treasury of keywords presenting in the title and abstract of articles related to educational management, through overviewing the data obtained from scientometric mapping, it could be observed that the word &ldquo;knowledge&rdquo; had the most usage among the words associated with the concept of management, educational management, nursing and education.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> Based on the presented data, it can be found that firstly, the attention to the concept of educational management in the field of nursing has enhanced over time.
