fa مروری بر ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی و چالش های آن در حوزه آموزش و یادگیری: دیدگاهی در مورد آینده مدل‌های زبان بزرگ علم سنجی Scientometrics مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش به بررسی کاربردها و چالش‌های هوش مصنوعی، به‌ویژه مدل‌های زبانی مانند </span><span dir="LTR">ChatGPT</span> در زمینه‌های مختلف علمی و آموزشی می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه تحلیل تأثیرات مثبت و منفی این فناوری در فرآیندهای یادگیری و تدریس و شناسایی چالش‌های موجود در استفاده از آن است<span dir="LTR">.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه بر اساس داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از مطالعات انجام‌شده بین سال‌های ۲۰۲۱ تا ۲۰۲۴ صورت گرفته است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، پژوهشگران به بررسی مقالات علمی، کنفرانس‌ها و گزارش‌های تحقیقاتی منتشرشده در پایگاه‌های داده معتبر پرداخته‌اند. این داده‌ها شامل مقالات پژوهشی، مرور سیستماتیک و متا-تحلیل‌ها در حوزه هوش مصنوعی و کاربردهای آن در آموزش و یادگیری بوده است</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش علم‌سنجی و نرم‌افزار<span dir="LTR"> VOSviewer </span><span lang="AR-SA">استفاده شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی به‌عنوان ابزاری قدرتمند، قابلیت‌های زیادی در تسهیل فرآیندهای یادگیری و ارائه پاسخ‌های متنوع دارد. با این حال، این فناوری با محدودیت‌ها و چالش‌های جدی نیز مواجه است. عملکرد </span><span dir="LTR">ChatGPT</span><span lang="AR-SA"> در تست‌های پرسش و پاسخ و یادگیری جبر به‌طور قابل توجهی پایین‌تر از نمرات انسانی بوده و نیاز به بهبودهای بیشتری در این زمینه احساس می‌شود. همچنین، در زمینه فیزیک و پزشکی، این مدل‌ها با چالش‌هایی در اتصال مفاهیم و درک دانش جدید مواجه هستند. چالش‌های دیگری مانند مصرف بالای انرژی، خطرات ناشی از سوءاستفاده‌های بدخیم، تعصب و تبعیض، و نگرانی‌های مربوط به حریم خصوصی و امنیت داده‌ها نیز در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش بر لزوم توسعه استانداردهای اخلاقی و مقرراتی تأکید می‌کند که به حفظ اعتبار و کارایی فناوری‌های هوش مصنوعی کمک خواهد کرد.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">اگرچه هوش مصنوعی در آموزش فرصت‌های زیادی را فراهم می‌آورد، اما برای تحقق پتانسیل کامل آن، نیاز به سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیق و توسعه، بهبود فناوری و توجه به ابعاد اخلاقی و اجتماعی آن وجود دارد.</span></span></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This study examines the applications and challenges of artificial intelligence, particularly language models like ChatGPT, in various scientific and educational fields. The primary aim of this research is to analyze the positive and negative impacts of this technology on teaching and learning processes and to identify the challenges associated with its use.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This study is based on the data collected from studies conducted between 2021 and 2024. To gather data, the researchers reviewed scientific articles, conferences, and research reports published in reputable databases. The data includes research papers, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications in education and learning. For data analysis, bibliometric methods and the VOSviewer software were utilized.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The results indicate that artificial intelligence, as a powerful tool, has significant capabilities in facilitating learning processes and providing diverse responses. However, this technology also faces serious limitations and challenges. The performance of ChatGPT in question-answer tests and algebra learning is significantly lower than human scores, indicating a need for further improvements in this area. Additionally, in subjects such as physics and medicine, these models encounter challenges in connecting concepts and understanding new knowledge. Other challenges, such as high energy consumption, risks from malicious misuse, bias and discrimination, as well as concerns regarding privacy and data security, are also addressed in this research.
