fa تحلیل و مصور‌سازی فعالیت‌های علمی ایران در حوزه بیماری تالاسمی بر اساس شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><strong><em><span style="color:#006600">سابقه و هدف:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black">امروزه علم‌&shy;سنجی از روش&shy;‌های اصلی ارزیابی و مقایسه انتشارات علمی کشورها، دانشگاه‌&shy;ها، موسسات علمی، موضوعات خاص و نویسندگان است. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی تولیدات علمی ایران در حوزه بیماری تالاسمی بر اساس شاخص&shy;‌های علم‌&shy;سنجی است.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#006600">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black">پژوهش حاضر از نوع علم‌&shy;سنجی بوده و در آن از تحلیل شبکه‌&shy;های اجتماعی جهت بررسی هم‌&shy;تالیفی و هم‌&shy;رخدادی واژگان و ضریب همکاری بکار گرفته شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تعداد ۴۷۶ مقاله‌&shy;ای است که در حوزه بیماری تالاسمی در بازه زمانی ۲۰۰۶ تا ۲۰۱۶ در پایگاه </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Web of Science</span></span><span style="color:black"> نمایه شد‌‌‌‌ه‌&shy;اند. تحلیل داد‌ه‌&shy;ها بر اساس شاخص‌&shy;های علم‌&shy;سنجی و با استفاده از نر‌م‌افزارهای </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Excel</span></span><span style="color:black">، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Raver-matrix</span></span><span style="color:black">، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">SPSS ۱۹</span></span><span style="color:black">، </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">UCINET ۶/۲۸</span></span><span style="color:black">،</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black"> Netdraw ۲/۱۴۱</span></span> <span style="color:black">و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">Vosviewer</span></span><span style="color:black"> صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong><span style="color:black">نرخ رشد (۲۷/۹۴%) نشان داد که تولیدات علمی حوزه بیماری تالاسمی در پایگاه </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black">WoS</span></span><span style="color:black"> روندی افزایشی دارد. میانگین ضریب همکاری ۰/۷۸ به دست آمد و یافته&shy;‌ها نشان داد بین متغیرهای تعداد نویسندگان و تعداد استناد به هر کدام از مقالات، در سطح ۰/۰۵ رابطه معنی‌&shy;داری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ۰/۶۵۰ بدست آمده که بیان&shy;‌کننده رابطه مستقیم و مثبت میان متغیرهای مورد بررسی است. با این وجود مقدار چگالی ۰/۰۰۶ شبکه هم&shy;‌تالیفی نویسندگان و میزان چگالی ۰/۰۱۵ شبکه هم‌&shy;تالیفی موسسات حاکی از انسجام پایین شبکه پژوهشگران در زمینه بیماری تالاسمی است.</span><br> <strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></em></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black">در حوزه بیماری تالاسمی، هم میزان تولیدات علمی و هم سطح همکاری علمی رو به افزایش است، اما در مقایسه با سایر رشته‌&shy;ها، شبکه همکاری از انسجام خوبی برخوردار نیست و تا رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب راه زیادی در پیش است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:times new roman"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> Today, scientometrics is the main method of assessing and comparing the scientific publications of countries, universities, scientific institutions, specific subjects and authors. The aim of this study was to evaluate the Iranian scientific outputs on thalassemia based on scientometric indicators.<br> <strong><em>Material and methods:</em></strong> In this scientometric study, the social network analysis was used to investigate the co-authorship, word co-occurrence and collaborative coefficient. The study population included 476 articles on thalassemia, indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) from 2006 to 2016. Excel<span dir="RTL"> ،</span>Raver-matrix<span dir="RTL"> ،</span>SPSS19<span dir="RTL">،</span> UCINET 6/28<span dir="RTL">،</span> Netdraw 2/141 and VOSviewer were utilized for data analysis based on scientometric indicators.<br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> The growth rate (27.94%) suggested that scientific outputs on thalassemia had an increasing trend in the WoS. Mean collaborative coefficient was 0.78, and the findings showed that there was a significant relationship between the number of authors and citations to each paper (p=0.05). The Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.650, indicating a direct and positive relationship among the studied variables.
