fa ترسیم شبکه هم‌تالیفی پژوهشگران ایرانی حوزه مدیریت دانش ارزیابی تولیدات علمی Scientific Production اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">سابقه و هدف:</span></em></strong> <span style="color:black;">تاکنون مطالعات بسیاری در زمینه&shy;‌ی بررسی هم‌&shy;تالیفی محققین دانشگاه‌&shy;ها، سازمان‌ها، به&shy;‌عنوان یکی از مباحث مهم در حوزه علم‌&shy;سنجی، بر روی حوزه‌ها و رشته‌های مختلف صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ترسیم شبکه هم‌تالیفی پژوهشگران ایرانی حوزه مدیریت دانش در نظام استنادی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">WoS</span></span> <span style="color:black;">انجام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="color:#006600;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="color:black;">پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و با رویکرد علم‌سنجی انجام شده است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از عنوان &quot;</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">Knowledge Management</span></span><span style="color:black;">&quot;</span><span style="color:black;"> استفاده گردید و تعداد ۳۰۱۵ رکورد بازیابی شد.</span> <span style="color:black;">پس از انتقال داده‌های مورد نیاز به نرم‌افزار اکسل، اقدام به جداسازی رکوردهایی که با مشارکت دو یا چند نویسنده انجام شده، شد و نمودارها و جداول مورد نیاز ترسیم گردید. نقشه‌های بکار رفته در پژوهش با کمک نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">VOS-Viewer </span></span>&nbsp;<span style="color:black;">ترسیم گردید.</span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong><span style="color:black;">یافته&shy;‌ها نشان داد که بیشترین میزان تولید علم پژوهشگران ایرانی مربوط به سال ۲۰۱۷ و کمترین میزان آن مربوط به سال ۲۰۱۰ می‌باشد. همچنین پرتولیدترین موضوعات در حوزه مدیریت اطلاعات، مهندسی، علوم محیط زیست و علوم کامپیوتر بود. در میان۱۶۸۰ سازمان همکار در تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی حوزه مدیریت دانش، دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی و دانشگاه تهران در تولیدات مشترک سازمانی، رتبه اول و دوم را کسب نمودند. صالحی و احمدی بیشترین همکاری را در شبکه ارتباط علمی پژوهشگران داشتند.</span> <span style="color:black;">بیشترین همکاری ایرانیان به ترتیب با نویسندگانی از کشورهای آمریکا، کانادا، انگلیس، استرالیا بود.</span><br> <strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></em></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"> یافته‌ها نشان از فراز و نشیب‌هایی در روند انتشار تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت دانش داشت. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که محققین و نویسندگان دانشگاه&shy;‌های کشور تمایل کمی در هم‌&shy;تالیفی داخلی داشته و بیشترین همکاری را با کشورهای پیشرفته دارند. تغییر سیاست&shy;‌های ترغیبی دانشگاه‌&shy;ها در اصلاح این مورد و ارتقای رتبه کشور تاثیرگذار خواهد بود. محققین با اشتراک دانش و ابزارهای نوین اطلاعاتی و عضویت در شبکه‌&shy;های هم‌&shy;تالیفی داخلی در این حوزه می‌&shy;توانند به این مهم دست یابند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> So far, many researches have been conducted on the<br> co-authorship study of all authors of universities and organizations as one of the most important topics in the field of scientometrics in various fields and disciplines. The aim of this study was <a href="http://lis.aqr-libjournal.ir/article_55470_398be040b10d0bccdc0fd8ad1e7bfab0.pdf" target="_blank">to map the co-authorship network of Iranian researchers in the field of knowledge management </a>in Web of Science (WoS).<br> <strong><em>Material and methods:</em></strong> In this descriptive-survey study with a scientometric approach, the title &quot;Knowledge Management&quot; was used to collect data and 3015 records were retrieved. After entering the required data into Excel, the records were separated by two or more authors, and the required graphs and tables were drawn. The maps used in the study were drawn using VOSviewer.<br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> The results showed that the highest amount of Iranian researchers&#39; scientific output was in 2017 and the lowest in 2010. Moreover, the highest outputs were in the fields of knowledge management, engineering, environmental science and computer science. Among the 1680 organizations involved in scientific outputs of Iranian researchers in the field of knowledge management, the Islamic Azad University and University of Tehran received the first and second rank in joint organizational outputs, respectively. Salehi and Ahmadi had the most collaboration on the researchers&#39; scientific communication network. The most collaboration of Iranian authors was with authors from the USA, Canada, Britain and Australia, respectively.<br> <strong><em>Conclusion:</em></strong> The findings indicated some ups and downs in the release process of scientific outputs in the field of knowledge management. The results showed that scholars and authors of Iranian universities had little interest in national<br> co-authorship and had the highest cooperation with developed countries. Changing universities&#39; incentive policies will be effective in correcting this and improving the country&#39;s ranking.
