fa تجزیه و تحلیل جایگاه نویسندگی زنان در مقالات علمی (مطالعه ی موردی: فصلنامه های حوزه جغرافیا) علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></em></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">علیرغم افزایش سهم زنان تحصیل کرده در طول زمان، زنان همچنان در سمت&shy;‌های دانشگاهی و رهبری، جوایز افتخاری و ارتقاء علمی، نقش کمتری دارند. از آنجا که یکی از مهمترین نشانگرهای موفقیت در مشاغل دانشگاهی، تالیف مقالات علمی آن‌&shy;ها است، در این پژوهش به بررسی الگوی همکاری جنسیتیِ نویسندگان مقالات فصلنامه‌&shy;های جغرافیا و آمایش شهری-منطقه‌&shy;ای، جغرافیا و توسعه و مخاطرات محیط طبیعی تا سال ۱۳۹۸ پرداخته شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></em></strong> پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و به صورت توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل تمام مقالات نمایه شده و اطلاعات نویسندگان آن&shy;‌ها در مجله&shy;‌های حوزه جغرافیای دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان می&shy;‌باشد. بدین‌&shy;منظور، برای هر مقاله عواملی همچون تعداد مقالات چاپ شده در فصلنامه&shy;‌ها، تعداد نویسندگان، تعداد نویسندگان زن، جنسیت نویسندگان اول و رابط، بررسی و با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل و نرم‌&shy;افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> و <span dir="LTR">Excel</span> تجزیه و تحلیل شده است.<span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><em><span style="color:#006600;">یافته‌ها: </span></em></strong>بررسی&shy;‌ها نشان داد ۳۷/۵ درصد مقالات به&shy;‌وسیله سه نویسنده نوشته شده است که نشان از تمایل نویسندگان به همکاری در این حوزه دارد. همچنین فرضیه&shy;‌های اصلی تحقیق مبنی بر عدم وجود تفاوت در جنسیت نویسندگان اول و رابط رد شد و یافته&shy;‌ها نشان داد که زنان سهم کوچکی در جایگاه&shy;‌های نویسندگی مقالات در این فصلنامه‌&shy;ها دارند و به ترتیب تنها در ۱۵/۵ و ۱۴/۴ درصد مقالات در نقش نویسنده‌ی اول و رابط حضور داشتند.<span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><em><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:#006600;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></em></strong> <span dir="RTL">گرچه مشارکت زنان در مقالات چاپ شده در فصلنامه&shy;‌های مورد نظر در سال&shy;‌های اخیر افزایش یافت اما همچنان جای خالی آن&shy;‌ها در جایگاه&shy;‌های اصلیِ مقالات به چشم می&shy;‌خورد و سهم بسیار اندکی در جایگاه اصلی نویسندگان مقالات (نویسنده اول و نویسنده مسئول) دارند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><em>Background and aim:</em></strong> Despite the increasing share of educated women over time, women still play a lesser role in academic and leadership status, receiving honorary awards and academic advancement. Since compiling academic articles is considered as one of the most significant factors of success in academic careers; therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate gender cooperation pattern among the authors of articles in Journals of Geography and Urban Planning, Geography and Development, and Natural Environment Hazards until 2019.<br> <strong><em>Materials and methods:</em></strong> In the present applied and descriptive study, the statistical population included all indexed articles and information of authors in the Journals of Geography in Sistan and Baluchestan University. For this purpose, some factors such as the number of articles published in quarterly journals, number of authors, number of female authors as well as gender of first authors and corresponding authors were analyzed using independent t-test in SPSS and Excel.<br> <strong><em>Findings:</em></strong> In reviewing the articles, 37.5% of the articles were written by three authors, indicating the authors&#39; tendency to collaborate in this field. Moreover, the main hypotheses of the study stating no difference in the gender of the first and corresponding authors were rejected.
