fa شناسایی تحولات موضوعی پژوهش‌های حوزه بیمه سلامت با نگاهی به آینده علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">تغییرات سریع فناوری، شرایط اجتماعی-اقتصادی، پیری جمعیت، بی‌ثباتی اقتصادی، مهاجرت نیروی انسانی، و همه‌گیری‌های جدید، نیاز به تحقیقات پویا در حوزه بیمه سلامت را برجسته کرده است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی تحولات موضوعی تحقیقات بیمه سلامت انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کمّی و کاربردی از نوع علم‌&shy;سنجی بود. در این پژوهش مقالات مرتبط با بیمه سلامت از پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس (۲۰۲۳-۲۰۰۰) با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های همسان مش استخراج شدند. معیارهای ورود شامل اصالت مقاله و حضور کلیدواژه‌های بیمه سلامت در عنوان یا کلیدواژه‌ها بود. برای تحلیل روند تکامل موضوعات حوزه بیمه سلامت، نقشه‌های تجسم همپوشانی و چگالی کلیدواژه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Vosviewer</span> ترسیم و مقایسه شدند.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نقشه تجسم همپوشانی نشان داد که کلیدواژه‌های قدیمی‌تر (قبل از ۲۰۱۰) بر مسائل مالی، قانونی و سیاست‌گذاری کلان، کلیدواژه‌های میانی (۲۰۱۶-۲۰۱۰) بر کیفیت خدمات، مدیریت بیماری‌های مزمن و دسترسی به مراقبت‌ها و کلیدواژه‌های جدیدتر (۲۰۲۳-۲۰۱۶) بر موضوعات نوظهور مانند همه‌گیری‌ها، تله‌مدیسین، پرونده‌های الکترونیک سلامت، برابری سلامت و ایمنی بیمار متمرکز بودند. نقشه چگالی ۵ سال اخیر (۲۰۲۳-۲۰۱۹) نشان‌دهنده پررنگ‌تر شدن موضوعاتی مانند کووید-۱۹، واکسیناسیون و سلامت دیجیتال بود.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">تحقیقات بیمه سلامت از موضوعات ساختاری به سمت چالش‌های فناوری‌محور و نیازهای اجتماعی جدید پیش رفته است. موضوعات پژوهشی از جمله پوشش خدمات تله‌مدیسین و استفاده از پرونده‌های الکترونیک سلامت برای بیمه‌&shy;شدگان تقویت شده و موضوعات برابری سلامت و ایمنی بیمار اهمیت بیشتری یافته‌اند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Rapid technological advancements, evolving socio-economic conditions, population aging, economic instability, workforce migration, and emerging pandemics have highlighted the need for dynamic research in the field of health insurance. This study aims to identify thematic transformations in health insurance research.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This study is a quantitative and applied scientometric analysis. In this study, articles related to health insurance were extracted from the Scopus database (2000-2023) using MeSH keywords. Inclusion criteria included original articles and the presence of health insurance-related keywords in the title or keyword list. To analyze the evolution of research themes in health insurance, overlay visualization and density maps of keywords were generated and compared using VOSviewer software.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The overlay visualization map revealed that older keywords (before 2010) primarily focused on financial, legal, and macro policy-making issues. Intermediate keywords (2010&ndash;2016) emphasized on service quality, chronic disease management, and access to care. More recent keywords (2016&ndash;2023) centered on emerging topics such as pandemics, telemedicine, electronic health records, health equity, and patient safety. The density map for the past five years (2019&ndash;2023) highlighted the increasing prominence of topics such as COVID-19, vaccination, and digital health.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Health insurance research has shifted from structural issues toward technology-driven challenges and emerging societal needs.
