fa جایگاه دانشگاه‌ها براساس شاخص‌های رتبه‌بندی لیدن: مقایسه رتبه دانشگاه‌های ایران و جهان علم سنجی Scientometrics اصیل Orginal <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></b>&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نظام‌های رتبه‌بندی دانشگاهی ابزار مهمی برای ارزیابی عملکرد مؤسسات آموزش عالی هستند. در این میان، نظام رتبه‌بندی لیدن با تأکید بر شاخص‌هایی چون تأثیر علمی، همکاری بین‌المللی، ارتباط با صنعت و دسترسی آزاد، تصویری جامع از عملکرد پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها ارائه می‌دهد.&nbsp;</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:107%">پژوهش حاضر با تکیه بر این شاخص‌ها، به مقایسه جایگاه دانشگاه‌های ایران نسبت به دانشگاه‌های برتر </span></span><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">جهان می‌پردازد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی و با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری آن شامل همه دانشگاه‌های حاضر در نظام رتبه‌بندی لیدن بوده و تحلیل‌‌ داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t&nbsp;</span><span lang="AR-SA">مستقل در نرم‌افزار</span><span dir="LTR"> SPSS </span><span lang="AR-SA">صورت گرفت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> تحلیل داده‌های آخرین رتبه‌بندی نظام لیدن (۲۰۲۲-۲۰۱۹) نشان داد که دانشگاه تهران با ۱۵،۸۲۱ مقاله بیشترین تولید ملی را دارد و آکادمی علوم چین با ۱۰۰،۴۷۱ مدرک در جایگاه نخست جهانی قرار دارد. سهم مقالات پراستناد در دانشگاه تهران ۱۲/۳ درصد است، اما این نسبت در دانشگاه‌های پرینستون و </span><span dir="LTR">MIT</span><span lang="AR-SA"> به بیش از ۲۳ درصد می‌‌رسد. در شاخص همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، دانشگاه تبریز با مشارکت ۵۰/۴ درصد و در شاخص ارتباط با صنعت مرکز جهاد دانشگاهی تهران با ۳/۹ درصد بالاترین جایگاه ملی را دارند، درحالی‌که دانشگاه‌های نفتی چین بیش از ۳۰ درصد مقالات خود را در همکاری با بخش صنعت منتشر می‌کنند. نتایج آزمون‌های آماری نشان داد که در اکثر شاخص‌ها، دانشگاه‌های ایران عملکرد ضعیف‌تری دارند. به‌ویژه در شاخص &laquo;همکاری با صنعت&raquo; و &laquo;دسترسی آزاد&raquo; میانگین دانشگاه‌های ایرانی به‌طور قابل‌توجهی کمتر از میانگین جهانی است.</span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#000099">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده نابرابری بنیادین میان کمّیت و کیفیت پژوهش در ایران است. ارتقای جایگاه جهانی دانشگاه‌ها، مستلزم فاصله گرفتن از رویکرد صرفاً کمّی و تمرکز بر همکاری‌های بین‌المللی، تعامل با صنعت، توسعه دسترسی آزاد و تقویت حضور زنان در پژوهش است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span style="color:#000099">Background and aim:</span></b> <span style="color:black">University ranking systems are important tools for evaluating the performance of higher education institutions. Among them, the Leiden Ranking, with its focus on indicators such as scientific impact, international collaboration, industry partnership, and open access, provides a comprehensive picture of universities&rsquo; research performance. Based on these indicators, this study compares the position of Iranian universities with leading universities of the world.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Materials and methods:</span></b> <span style="color:black">This applied study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. The statistical population of this study includes all universities in the Leiden ranking system, and data analysis was performed using independent t-test in SPSS.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Findings:</span></b> <span style="color:black">Analysis of the latest Leiden Ranking (2019-2022) showed that the University of Tehran had the highest research output among Iranian institutions with 15,821 publications, while the Chinese Academy of Sciences ranked first globally with 100,471 publications. The share of highly cited papers at the University of Tehran was 12.3%, whereas this figure exceeded 23% at Princeton University and MIT. Regarding international collaboration, the University of Tabriz ranked highest nationally, with 50.4%. The highest rate of industry collaboration in Iran was observed at the Jahad Daneshgahi Research Center in Tehran (3.9%), whereas Chinese petroleum universities produced over 30% of their publications in partnership with industry. Statistical results indicated that Iranian universities performed significantly lower in most indicators, particularly in industry collaboration and open access, where the national averages were notably below global levels.</span><br> <b><span style="color:#000099">Conclusion:</span></b> <span style="color:black">The findings highlight a fundamental imbalance between research quantity and quality in Iran.
